世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇2025年年會(huì)于1月20日至24日在瑞士小鎮(zhèn)達(dá)沃斯舉行。本次年會(huì)主題為“智能時(shí)代的合作”，呼吁國際社會(huì)發(fā)揚(yáng)合作精神，攜手應(yīng)對全球性挑戰(zhàn)。來自全球各領(lǐng)域的近3000名代表出席此次年會(huì)，圍繞重塑全球增長、助推智能時(shí)代產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、職業(yè)培訓(xùn)和新興就業(yè)、氣候變化和環(huán)境保護(hù)等關(guān)鍵議題展開密集討論和交流。

世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇是以研究和探討世界經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域存在的問題、促進(jìn)國際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與交流為宗旨的非官方國際性機(jī)構(gòu)?？偛吭O(shè)在瑞士日內(nèi)瓦。其前身是1971年由施瓦布創(chuàng)建的“歐洲管理論壇”。1987年，“歐洲管理論壇”更名為“世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇”。通常在每年一月下旬，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇都要在瑞士達(dá)沃斯召開年會(huì)，因此世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇也被稱為“達(dá)沃斯論壇”。每年的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇年會(huì)均有來自多個(gè)國家的政界、企業(yè)界和新聞機(jī)構(gòu)的領(lǐng)袖人物參加。它已經(jīng)成為全球政界、企業(yè)界人士以及民間和社會(huì)團(tuán)體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人研討世界經(jīng)濟(jì)問題最重要的非官方聚會(huì)和進(jìn)行私人會(huì)晤、商務(wù)談判的場所之一。隨著國際形勢的發(fā)展和變化，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇所探討的議題逐漸突破了純經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域，許多雙邊和地區(qū)性問題以及世界上發(fā)生的重大政治、軍事、安全和社會(huì)事件等也成為論壇討論的內(nèi)容。

【重要講話】

經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化是時(shí)代潮流。大江奔騰向海，總會(huì)遇到逆流，但任何逆流都阻擋不了大江東去。動(dòng)力助其前行，阻力促其強(qiáng)大。盡管出現(xiàn)了很多逆流、險(xiǎn)灘，但經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化方向從未改變、也不會(huì)改變。世界各國要堅(jiān)持真正的多邊主義，堅(jiān)持拆墻而不筑墻、開放而不隔絕、融合而不脫鉤，推動(dòng)構(gòu)建開放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)。要以公平正義為理念引領(lǐng)全球治理體系變革，維護(hù)以世界貿(mào)易組織為核心的多邊貿(mào)易體制，在充分協(xié)商基礎(chǔ)上，為人工智能、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)等打造各方普遍接受、行之有效的規(guī)則，為科技創(chuàng)新營造開放、公正、非歧視的有利環(huán)境，推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化朝著更加開放、包容、普惠、平衡、共贏的方向發(fā)展，讓世界經(jīng)濟(jì)活力充分迸發(fā)出來。

Economic globalization is the trend of the times. Though countercurrents are sure to exist in a river, none could stop it from flowing to the sea. Driving forces bolster the river's momentum, and resistance may yet enhance its flow. Despite the countercurrents and dangerous shoals along the way, economic globalization has never and will not veer off course. Countries around the world should uphold true multilateralism. We should remove barriers, not erect walls. We should open up, not close off. We should seek integration, not decoupling. This is the way to build an open world economy. We should guide reforms of the global governance system with the principle of fairness and justice, and uphold the multilateral trading system with the World Trade Organization at its center. We should make generally acceptable and effective rules for artificial intelligence and digital economy on the basis of full consultation, and create an open, just and non-discriminatory environment for scientific and technological innovation. This is the way to make economic globalization more open, inclusive, balanced and beneficial for all, and to fully unleash the vitality of the world economy.
