中國農(nóng)資流通協(xié)會的主要工作任務(wù)是：貫徹落實(shí)黨和國家有關(guān)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)資料流通方面方針、政策，監(jiān)督會員企業(yè)對國家政策的執(zhí)行情況;開展行業(yè)自律，規(guī)范農(nóng)資流通企業(yè)的經(jīng)營行為，配合政府的農(nóng)資打假工作;反映會員單位的愿望和要求，維護(hù)會員企業(yè)的合法權(quán)益;推動農(nóng)資流通方式和業(yè)態(tài)創(chuàng)新，促進(jìn)和推動農(nóng)資流通企業(yè)的改革，宣傳和推廣農(nóng)資流通體制改革的典型和經(jīng)驗(yàn);組織和加強(qiáng)會員企業(yè)之間、會員企業(yè)和非會員企業(yè)之間及會員企業(yè)和其他行業(yè)部門之間的縱橫向聯(lián)合，增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)的凝聚力;對農(nóng)資市場進(jìn)行調(diào)研，搜集整理農(nóng)資市場信息，為會員單位提供信息咨詢服務(wù);組織開展多層次的培訓(xùn)，組織開展各類有益于本行業(yè)發(fā)展的活動。
中國農(nóng)資流通協(xié)會實(shí)行開放辦協(xié)會，面向全社會的農(nóng)資生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、使用單位和個(gè)人。會員的吸納要立足于流通又跳出流通，立足于供銷社企業(yè)又不局限于供銷社的企業(yè)，立足現(xiàn)實(shí)又著眼未來。各地方農(nóng)資流通協(xié)會及其會員單位、農(nóng)資生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)“三站”、中小企業(yè)及民營企業(yè)等等，只要具備合法的農(nóng)資經(jīng)營資格，承認(rèn)并擁護(hù)本協(xié)會的章程，有加入本協(xié)會的意愿，即可以申請加入中國農(nóng)資流通協(xié)會，履行入會手續(xù)后可成為會員。同時(shí)，協(xié)會積極吸收大專院校、科研單位加入?yún)f(xié)會，吸收有名望的個(gè)人參加協(xié)會，使中國農(nóng)資流通協(xié)會成為跨越生產(chǎn)、流通、使用，跨越不同所有制，包容相關(guān)行業(yè)和領(lǐng)域的大流通意義上的行業(yè)協(xié)會，發(fā)揮出為大農(nóng)業(yè)、大流通服務(wù)的功能。
Agricultural Means of Production Association (CAMPA) is a national organization supervised and managed by the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, voluntarily joined by enterprises, institutes and relevant departments engaged in agricultural means of production circulation. The members of CAMPA are mainly composed of chief enterprises national and regional in agricultural means of production. The purpose of CAMPA is to exercise the functions of self-discipline, coordination, service and interest guarding, toassist the government in exercising management of agricultural production means industry and become a bridge and link between the governments and members, to organize and promote the alliance and cooperation among the members, the Association and other industries. The functions of CAMPA are to implement the relevant rules and policies of the government and supervise the performance of the members; to carry out the activities on self-discipline of the industry,regulate business actions of the enterprise members, to cooperate with theanti-counter feting work of the government; to reflect the opinions and wishesof the members and protect their legitimate rights and interests; to promote the innovation of circulation style and business model, to accelerate the enterprises reform of the industry, propagandize and spread the models and experiencesof the reform on agricultural production means marketing system; to reinforcethe interactions among members, non-members and other industries; to collectand compile the information of agricultural production means market and provide services of information and consultation for members; to organize all kinds of activities beneficial to the industry such as professional training etc.
CAMPA runs the association opening, facingto all units and individuals in agricultural means of production, management and application. Membership absorption in CAMPA is based on the circulation but jumped out of the circulation, founded on supply and marketing cooperative enterprises but not confine to them, stood on reality but focus on the future.As long as possessing legal management qualification of agricultural means of production, admitting and supporting the constitution of the association, having the will of joining the association, any local associations and their member units, producers, enterprises and other users can apply to join CAMPA,and become memberships after fulfilling the procedure for admission. Meanwhile, CAMPA will actively absorb the universities and colleges, R&D institute sand famous individuals. Crossing over production, circulation, application and different ownerships, containing relevant trade and fields, CAMPA is making efforts to become a great circulation meaning of organization, to play an important role in serving the multiform agriculture and great circulation.
